Phoebe Sukai Yayi

My name is Phoebe Sukai Yayi, the Commissioner and Administrator, Kafanchan Municipal Authority, Kaduna State. I was born in Jaban Kogo, Kachia Local Government Area on October 1st 1960. I completed my Primary school in Jaban Kogo and proceeded to Queen Amina College, Kakuri Kaduna.

I also attended Ahmadu Bello University and after graduation, I worked in the Private sector and therein rose to the position of Assistant. General Manager, Corporate Affairs. I joined the Civil Service and rose through the ranks and files. to Director, Aid Coordination, Director of Budget, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education and Planning and Budget Commission before assuming my present Appointment as Pioneer Commissioner and Administrator, Kafanchan Municipal Authority.

I hold a first degree in Sociology, Post Graduate Diploma, Criminology, Master of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice, Master of Disaster Risk Management and Development Studies.

I am passionate about developmental programs, teamwork and inclusive governance.
